Updating Your Profile

Keeping your profile information current helps us serve you better. Here is how to manage your SoulShine AI profile settings.

Changing Your Display Name

1. Log in to your SoulShine AI account at soulshineai.com
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
3. Select Account Settings
4. Update your Display Name field
5. Click Save Changes

Updating Your Email Address

1. Navigate to Account Settings > Profile
2. Click Change Email
3. Enter your new email address
4. You will receive a verification email at the new address click the confirmation link to complete the change

Managing Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive:

• Email Notifications: Weekly ministry insights, product updates, and prayer community activity
• In-App Notifications: Real-time alerts when Grace or Levi complete tasks
• Digest Frequency: Choose daily or weekly summary emails

To adjust these settings, go to Account Settings > Notifications and toggle each option on or off.

Setting Your Time Zone

Your time zone affects when you receive scheduled content and how timestamps appear. Set it under Account Settings > Preferences > Time Zone.
