Getting Started with Soul 24/7

This guide covers the first-time setup flow in Soul 24/7, from the invitation link through the Daily Briefing.

Before You Start

Have your Soul 24/7 invitation email ready.
Use the email address the invitation was sent to.
Use the temporary password or sign-in details that came with the invitation.

If the invitation link opens a sign-in page with your information already filled in, that is expected.

Step 1: Sign In from the Invitation

Open the invitation link and sign in. Your email and temporary password may already be filled in, and you can select Sign In to continue.

Step 2: Complete My Personal Details

Most new accounts start on Getting Started: My Personal Details.

This page includes first name, last name, user name, a location toggle, optional profile details, and notification preferences.

Note: If some profile details are already saved on your account, Soul 24/7 may start you on My Persona instead.

Step 3: Complete My Persona

The next step is Getting Started: My Persona.

This page asks for background that helps shape the experience, including denomination, Bible version, values, and personal context.

You can move forward even if you are not ready to answer every field right away.

Step 4: Review My Inspirational Goals

After My Persona, Soul 24/7 opens Getting Started: My Inspirational Goals.

Here you can review suggested goals, choose a recommendation, or use Add Goal to create one manually.

Add Goal opens a simple form with one prompt: What is the goal?

Step 5: Review My Growth Plans

The next step is My Growth Plans.

Here you can review the empty-state plan area, use Add Plan to start a new plan, or continue without creating a plan on the first visit.

Add Plan opens a simple prompt asking what you want to accomplish with the plan.

Step 6: Finish and Open the Daily Briefing

When you finish the guided onboarding flow, Soul 24/7 opens the Daily Briefing.

This is the main working screen for the app. If you leave onboarding and later need to get back to the main workspace, tap Briefing in the navigation.

Where to Find My Account Later

After setup, you can open the side menu and go to My Account.

From there you can review your profile, open AI personalization, review goals and growth plans, and restart onboarding.

Common Questions

Do I have to finish every field the first time through?
No. The current setup flow allows you to move forward even if you leave some sections unfinished.

What if the app starts on My Persona instead of My Personal Details?
That usually means some basic account details are already on file. You can keep going from there.

Do I have to create a goal or a plan before finishing?
No. Both Add Goal and Add Plan are available, but neither one blocked forward progress during testing.

What screen should I use as my main home screen?
Use Daily Briefing. That is the main working view in Soul 24/7.

When to Contact Support

Use the support portal or email support if the invitation link is expired, the login does not work, the onboarding flow will not advance, or you need help getting back to the Daily Briefing.
