How to Delete Your Account and Export Your Data

Account Deletion and Data Export

We respect your right to manage your personal data. This guide covers how to export your data and, if needed, delete your SoulShine AI account.

Exporting Your Data

Before deleting your account, you may want to save a copy of your content:

1. Go to Account Settings > Privacy & Data
2. Click Request Data Export
3. You will receive a download link via email within 24 hours
4. The export includes your conversation history, saved content, and profile information in a portable format

Deleting Your Account

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including conversation history with Grace and Levi, saved ministry content, and preferences will be permanently removed.

1. Go to Account Settings > Privacy & Data
2. Click Delete My Account
3. Enter your password to confirm
4. Review the summary of what will be deleted
5. Click Permanently Delete Account

What Happens After Deletion

• Your account is immediately deactivated
• All personal data is purged within 30 days
• Any active subscription is canceled and prorated
• You will receive a final confirmation email
