Dashboard Navigation Guide
The SoulShine workspace may evolve over time, but most teams will see a consistent pattern: account-level setup, assistant configuration, content or conversation workflows, and support or review steps. This guide is meant to orient your team without locking you to labels that may change as the platform matures.
Areas Your Team Will Usually Work In
- Account and profile settings for core ministry details, users, and contact information
- Assistant configuration for Grace, Levi, channel setup, tone, and guardrails
- Content or conversation workspaces where your team reviews outputs and manages activity
- Support and troubleshooting flows when something needs billing, technical, or behavior review
How to Orient a New Team Member
- Show them where ministry profile and foundational documents live.
- Show them which workflows are customer-facing versus internal-only.
- Clarify who owns approvals, handoffs, and post-launch adjustments.
- Keep one documented internal process for support requests so changes do not get lost.
Best Practice
If a navigation label changes, stay focused on the underlying workflow: profile, grounding documents, guardrails, live usage, and support. That framing is more durable than memorizing menu names.
