Getting Started with SoulShine AI: Creating an Account and Integrating Grace or Levi
SoulShine is built to help ministries move faster without losing theological clarity or pastoral warmth. Most teams begin by choosing the one assistant or workflow that will remove the most pressure first, then expanding after the first use case is stable.
Choose Your Starting Point
- Grace is usually the best first step if your team needs a 24/7 digital front door, message triage, prayer support, or congregation-facing communication help.
- Levi is usually the best first step if your team is overloaded by sermon-aligned content, discipleship materials, planning, or communications prep.
- If you are not sure where to begin, start with the workflow that is currently consuming the most staff time every week.
Recommended First-Week Setup
- Create the ministry account using the email your team will actually manage long term.
- Complete the ministry profile with your church or ministry name, primary contact details, and basic organizational context.
- Upload a small set of foundational documents before expecting polished responses.
- Decide who should review outputs, tune tone, and handle human follow-ups.
- Connect one channel or content workflow first instead of trying to launch everything at once.
What to Prepare Before You Go Live
- Your statement of faith or doctrinal guidance
- Current sermon transcripts, teaching notes, or ministry FAQs
- Default handoff language for pastoral or sensitive conversations
- Clear ownership for billing, setup, and support questions
Best Practice
A smaller, clean rollout is better than a broad rollout built on outdated or conflicting source material. Start narrow, review results, then expand.
