When Grace or Levi Are Not Responding as Expected

Occasionally, our AI assistants may produce unexpected responses or encounter errors. Here is how to troubleshoot common AI-related issues.

"I did not understand that" or No Response

If Grace or Levi cannot process your request:

• Rephrase your question Try asking in a different way or breaking complex questions into simpler parts
• Check for special characters Avoid using excessive symbols or formatting that may confuse the AI
• Start a new conversation If a conversation becomes stuck, starting fresh often resolves the issue

Response Seems Off-Topic or Inaccurate

AI assistants may occasionally misinterpret context:

• Provide more context Include relevant background information in your request
• Specify which assistant you need Grace handles spiritual guidance and devotional content; Levi handles ministry operations and administrative tasks
• Use the feedback button Rate responses to help improve future accuracy

"Content Generation Failed"

This can occur when requesting very long or complex content:

1. Try requesting shorter content first, then build upon it
2. Be more specific about what you need (e.g., "Write a 200-word devotional about patience" instead of "Write me something")
3. Wait a moment and try again the system may have been temporarily at capacity

Response Cut Off or Incomplete

If a response ends abruptly:

• Ask the assistant to "continue" or "finish the previous response"
• Request the content in sections (e.g., "Give me the first 3 points, then I will ask for the rest")
